How do I get started?
After our initial contact usually we ask the
parents or a guardian to come down for a free consultation. This
is called our information gathering session about the student.
It is helpful if the student brings his/her recent school
reports, tests/quizzes or any other form of
assessments/evaluations, class notes, school textbook etc. with
him/her in order to discuss strengths and weaknesses of the
student. This will help us in designing an individualized
lesson plan for the new student.
What are learning sessions like?
We offer instructions in small groups (two students per
teacher), which lasts for one hour and the students come to us
twice in a week. Usually, in this small group program, students
with similar needs/level may be placed together, whenever
possible.
